Nguegan Nelly Farah

Nelly Farah Nguegan coordinates the capacity-building initiatives of the African Legal Support Facility in three key sectors: sovereign debt, public-private partnerships and energy, at national and regional levels.

Prior to joining the ALSF, Nelly Farah Nguegan managed strategic communications for sustainable financedevelopment or on humanitarian issues.  She also extensively worked on capacity-building initiatives for members of parliaments, civil society organisations and media practitioners. She organised the International Tax Justice Academy while serving the Tax Justice Network Africa. Among others, she also worked with the African Union Commission, the Japan Overseas Cooperation Association and the International Organization of La Francophonie.

Nelly is a writer and published various pieces including a book on the African Union Communication, and an article on skilled human capital in Africa.

She holds a Bachelors in Sociology and a Masters in International Communication and Public Action.

Nelly is married and a mother of two.
