Alain- Stephane WOGNIN MOULOT

Alain-Stéphane Moulot is a Sovereign Finance Capacity Building Officer at the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF). He joined the Facility in September 2023.

Prior to joining the ALSF, he was an Associate Research Officer, then a Financial Sector Development Officer for the Making Finance Work for Africa (MFW4A) Partnership, an African Development Bank (AfDB) hosted G8 initiative to support the development of African financial sectors.

Alain-Stéphane also has experience working for the private sector as a Mortgage Loan Analyst in Pennsylvania, USA and as a Strategy & Management Consultant for financial institutions, mostly the banking and insurance sectors in Côte d’Ivoire. He holds bachelor and MBA degrees in Finance respectively from Temple University and Philadelphia University in the US.
