Membership is open to all countries and international organizations. Current membership stands at 60 members comprising of 53 countries and 7 international organizations. This includes countries that have both signed and ratified the Agreement for the Establishment of the ALSF and those that have signed and are in the process of ratifying the ALSF Agreement.
