César Vamos Ver

César Vamos Ver is a Legal Counsel at the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF). He joined the ALSF in August 2021.

Prior to joining the Facility, César worked as a Legal Consultant at SAL & Caldeira Advogados Lda. (a member of the DLA Piper Africa Group), a role in which he provided legal consultancy services to both domestic and foreign public and private entities for over seven years. He also served as a Property Law Lecturer at São Tomás University, Maputo.

César Vamos Ver is a member of the Mozambique Bar Association, International Bar Association, Maputo Centre of Arbitration, Conciliation, and Mediation (CACM), and Mozambique Institute of Intellectual Property. He is an LLB graduate from Eduardo Mondlane University (Mozambique), and a Post-graduate Diploma holder in Transport Law from both the Eduardo Mondlane University and the University of Lisbon in Portugal. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in International Trade and Investment Law in Africa from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
