Safaa BARGOUCHI

Safaa BARGOUCHI is a Legal Counsel and Knowledge Hub Officer in the Operation Division of the ALSF. She has been with the ALSF since may 2022.
 
Priori to joining the ALSF, Ms. BARGOUCHI worked as a consultant for 13 years within the transaction departments of top global law firms based in Morocco and Cote d’Ivoire. Her Practice focused on PPPs, energy projects and project finance transactions including government bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions. Safaa has an extensive experience with multilateral development banks and/or international financial institutions and valuable knowledge of the francophone African countries. Safaa is member of Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition.
 
Safaa BARGOUCHI is a member of Casablanca Bar of Association. Safaa holds an LL.B and a Master’s degree in International Law from Hassan II University in Morocco, as well as a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Toulouse Capitole I University in France. She is currently a PhD candidate in international economic law and has experience as part-time lecturer in law. Safaa is a member of the Casablanca Bar. She speaks Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.
