Legal Counsel

Grace Yocoli KONAN

 Grace-Mica Yocoli KONAN has held the position of Legal Counsel at the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF) since September 2023. Prior to her tenure at ALSF, Ms. KONAN amassed eight years of legal practice experience at a prominent Ivorian law firm, where she developed substantial expertise in advisory and litigation work, with a particular focus on commercial company law.

Additionally, she expanded her legal horizons by collaborating with a leading law firm in Paris during her participation in the International Training Course organized by the Paris Bar Association in 2019.

Ms. KONAN's academic achievements include a Master's degree in Law, Economics, and Management with a specialization in Business Law from the University of Toulouse 1, along with certificates in the Economics of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and Financial Markets from the University of Geneva.

Furthermore, Ms. KONAN possesses a Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) and is a former First Conference Secretary. She was officially admitted to the Côte d'Ivoire Bar in 2015, reflecting her dedication to the legal profession.
