Sassire Napo is a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Data officer at the African Legal Support Facility. He has been with the ALSF since August 2018.
Prior to joining the ALSF, Mr. Napo served as a tax statistician at the newly reformed Revenue Authority of Togo (OTR). He also acted as a teacher in Communication and Marketing Research and Studies, as well as applied quantitative techniques at the High School of Business (ESA) in Togo. Mr. Napo is in addition a passionate of economic research with two papers nominated for presentation at international conferences and a published paper in the African Tax Research Network (ATRN) Working Paper Series 2018.
Mr. Napo is a Strategic planning and Result-based Management specialist. He holds a Bachelor in Statistics, a Master’s Degree in Statistics and Economics from the Sub-Regional Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics, Cameroon. He is also a Certified Associate in Development Project Management from the Inter-American Institute for Social Development (INDES) in addition to his certification in Financial Programming and Policies (FPP) from the Institute for Capacity Development of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
