Tom Mengo MUTUA

Tom Mutua is the Financial Management and Reporting Consultant at the African Legal Support Facility. He joined the ALSF in April 2022.

Prior to joining the ALSF, Mr. Mutua worked as Project Finance Officer for the National Information Platform for Food Security and Nutrition (NIPFN) program under the European Union in Nairobi from 2019-2022 in charge of project financing, resource mobilization, financial statement preparation and procurement functions for the project. He also previously worked for the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB).

Mr. Mutua holds a Master’s degree MBA in Strategic Management, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance both from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He is a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Kenya by Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and holds a Diploma in Green Growth and Circular Economy from Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
